Thank you for your purchase. We want to ensure a clear and fair return process for our vape vending machines.

• Return Window: Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Notification Requirement: To qualify for a return, customers must contact us by email within 10 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
• Condition of Item: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts and accessories.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Non-Eligible Returns: Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted or refunded.
